Welcome to the Remembering Jesse Parker Races website! This is our third year and we are so thankful to the many participants who have made this event a huge success!  We are proud to announce that this year when we run the Remembering Jesse Races, we will joined by a group of schoolchildren in Uganda who are holding a 5K to honor Jesse and show their appreciation for our funding that brought them clean water.

Our race is unique for many reasons, but one is because of our tremendous community support, we are able to donate 100% of your registration fee to charity. This means that your participation helps people locally as well as around the world!

Our two newest 1K race options, the Senior Stroll and the Special Needs Stampede were very sucessful and we hope even more people will choose to participate in them this year. These events take place along with the 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk, and will be followed by the Lil' Firecracker 1/4 and 1/2 mile Children's races and the Angel Dash.

Registration is now open for the 2012 races. Register early and save money with our early bird discounts!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our event during the first two years. Please join us this year on June 30, as we celebrate Jesse's memory and help his legacy live on.

Tomah Wisconsin is conveniently located along Interestate Hwy 90/94.  The course is flat and fast with great crowd support and many perks. Awards are plentiful, and so is the free breakfast!

Why More Than Just  A Race

This is a community event to share Jesse’s spirit and help our neighbors in need. Here are some of the ways you can be more than just a runner:

·         Neighbor for Neighbor food pantry- bring a non perishable food item

·         Soles 4 Souls- bring your used running shoes, or any used, but serviceable shoes, of any size. They will shared with those in need locally, in the U.S. and  globally. (Soles 4 Souls Website)

·         Clean Water- learn about global water needs around the world. 80% of all illnesses are caused by poor water, and kills more than all forms of violence.  $20 provides water for 20 years for another human being.  (Charity Water Website)

·         Organ Donation- Jesse’s donation impacted over 15 people. Say yes to donation and save a life. GOT YOUR DOT?  You can sign up to be a donor on race day.  (Organ Donor Website)

There will be informational booths on race day describing these charitable causes. You can also bring donations to the packet pick up on Friday or through 10 am on race day.

Please browse our site for additional information.  If you can't find what you need, contact us with your questions.

  We are happy to help!
